Return Window
You may request a return within 3 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Return Shipping Costs
If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, Pawpclassy will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return does not meet these conditions, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 30 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Non-Returnable Items

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please notify us immediately with clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they enter the processing stage. Once processing has begun, cancellations may no longer be possible.
