What is your order processing time?
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after our daily cutoff time (2:00 PM, Monday–Friday) begin processing on the next business day.
How long does shipping take?
Once processed, orders are delivered within 3–7 business days across the United States.
What is the total estimated delivery time?
Most orders arrive within 4–9 business days in total. This includes processing + shipping time.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently ship within the United States only.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
What is your return policy?
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, Pawpclassy will cover the return shipping cost.
For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes. If you need a different size or color, contact us and we will assist you with an exchange, depending on product availability.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled only before they enter the processing stage. Once processing begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
Contact us immediately with photos of the issue and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
