Shipping Policy

At Pawpclassy, we work to provide a smooth and reliable shipping experience for every customer. Our goal is to prepare, package, and deliver your order within the timelines listed below. Please review the details carefully to understand how our processing and shipping system works.

Order Processing Time

We aim to prepare your order as quickly and smoothly as possible. All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Processing includes order verification, product inspection, quality checks, and packaging. If an order is placed after our cutoff time, it will begin processing on the next business day. Weekends and holidays are not counted as processing days.

Order Cutoff Time

Our daily cutoff time is 2:00 PM (Monday–Friday).
Orders placed before 2:00 PM begin processing on the same business day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Time

After processing is completed, your order is handed over to our shipping partners. Delivery time within the United States is typically 7–9 business days. Shipping times may vary based on courier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods.

Total Estimated Delivery Time

Your order will generally arrive within 10-14 business days in total. This includes 3-5 business days for processing plus 7-9 business days for shipping.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update, depending on the courier’s system. You can use this tracking number at any time to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure that all shipping details provided at checkout are accurate. Pawpclassy is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or returned shipments due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses supplied by the customer. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.

Lost, Missing, or Damaged Packages

If your package appears lost or tracking has not updated for several days, please contact us so we can assist with an investigation. For damaged shipments, notify us immediately with clear photos of the damage so we can help resolve the issue. While courier delays are beyond our control, we will always support you in locating your order or arranging an appropriate solution.
